The All-Ukrainian environmental competition "Torbyka" has started in Ukraine.
The international youth movement "School Recycling World" invites active citizens from all regions of Ukraine to become part of the movement for the dissemination of accessible environmental solutions.
This was reported by "School Recycling World", Ukrinform reports.
The goal of the project is to form a habit of using reusable bags in everyday life and to spread the idea of refusing plastic.
As noted in the message, the conditions for participation are simple: you need to sew bags, take photos or videos of them, publish them on social networks with the hashtag #мішечокSRW #ПакетНеПотрібен #schoolrecyclingworld #мішечок and tag the "School Recycling World" pages on Facebook and Instagram. Such works will take part in individual prize draws.
"Be active, creative and environmentally responsible. Sew bags, use them in everyday life, share them on social networks. Perhaps your bag will become the trend of spring 2021, which Ukrainians will pick up," says Yulia Markhel, president of the International Youth Movement "School Recycling World".
Also, within the framework of the project, a competition will be held among students, schools and out-of-school educational institutions in individual and collective nominations. The acceptance of collective competitive applications from schools and out-of-school educational institutions, and activity on social networks will continue until May 7, 2021.
The winners will be announced on May 12 on the "School Recycling World" website.
