40 thousand environmental inspections in one application: we are opening data on polluters
The SaveEcoBot system provides users with information about inspections conducted and measures taken against violators of environmental legislation. During this time, the chatbot has accumulated data on 40,000 control measures.
The corresponding functionality in the Saveecobot system was developed by the Save Dnipro team in cooperation with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine and the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine.
"Such projects are very important and necessary for Ukraine, as they provide the public with adapted information from open sources, and thus give an understanding of how a particular polluter works, the level of its impact on the environment, and the state's reaction to each offense. The Ministry, of course, supports such initiatives, our position is that everyone has the right to know the real situation and participate in the formation and implementation of state environmental policy," said Roman Abramovsky, Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
SaveEcoBot aggregates inspections by status:
- planned;
- completed;
- not conducted;
- non-admission.
The generated information includes data on the type, controlling body, subject of inspection, date, results in PDF format, identified violations, and assigned sanctions.
Subscription to automatic notifications about changes at the selected enterprise and statistics of conducted measures are also available.

This is the only bot in Ukraine that combines data on pollution, polluters, and environmental protection tools.
In particular, in addition to inspections, the SaveEcoBot system implements monitoring of:
- air quality (with the ability to subscribe to notifications for a specific station);
- EIA register (with subscription to a region or enterprise);
- permits for pollution;
- environmental taxes.
