The platform was created so that everyone has up-to-date reliable information about the state of the environment and natural resources, and interacts with us in a transparent and convenient way. 6 services are available on the portal: conclusion on transboundary waste transportation, waste license, logging ticket, timber origin certificate, waste declaration, special water use permit.
And also all environmental information about the state of the environment in Ukraine. Conveniently, quickly, without corruption and paper, you can get access to 35 registers of environmental information. In total, it is planned to launch 29 services and integrate them with the Diia portal. For example, the Environmental Map is available on the portal - an interactive map that allows citizens to send an appeal with geo-referencing and photo materials regarding identified spontaneous landfills.
In addition, data from more than 60 registers will be opened, which will allow every Ukrainian to monitor the state of the environment, including water quality, air, pesticides, forest fires, etc. in real time.
"EcoSystem is an environment for the coexistence of the state, community and business on terms of comfort, transparency and honesty. When developing the platform, we set two ambitious goals - to create convenient online services for entrepreneurs and to provide access to environmental information for society. We want all registers to be open and everyone who needs environmental information to simply print it from the official register," Ruslan Strilets noted.
The development of EcoSystem became possible with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the USAID/UKAID project "Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS" and the BRDO Effective Regulation Office.
The presentation was also attended by Viktor Smal - Deputy Head of the State Forest Agency (CDTO), Maksym Shkilov - Head of the Department for Coordination of Digital Transformation Projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Kostiantyn Taranets - Manager of the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Services Department of EY Company in Ukraine, Danylo Molchanov - Deputy Head of the USAID/UKAID international technical assistance project "Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS" and Oleksiy Dorogan - Executive Director of the BRDO Effective Regulation Office.
