Participants of the event, including representatives of the Office of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Verkhovna Rada, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, representatives of the UN, the European Commission, and international experts, will discuss the fight against global climate change and strengthening Ukraine's role in this process.
In addition, the forum will address modern approaches in environmental protection: forest protection ecology, waste recycling, protection and preservation of water resources and nature reserve fund, development of the Chornobyl exclusion zone and its transformation into an attractive tourist object.
Discussions are planned on the "green" economy, eco-control, and prevention of industrial pollution. A separate session will be dedicated to eco-digitalization.
The forum will last three days - from June 7 to 9.
