The rating of the most influential women in environmental policy of Ukraine has been published.

 Olha Stefanishyna, Iryna Stavchuk and Lesya Vasylenko are in the TOP

16 most influential women who made a significant contribution to the creation of Ukraine's environmental policy have been named. The rating was compiled by the editorial board of EcoPortal - a new media platform about Ukraine's environmental policy.

In the first place is Olha Stefanishyna - Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration. She conducts negotiations with the EU, including on trade quotas. Stefanishyna herself noted that among her priorities is the expansion of bilateral cooperation and the liberalization of trade relations with the European Union, for example, increasing the dynamics of trade with the EU. In second place is Iryna Stavchuk - Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources. The official has been actively involved in Ukraine's environmental policy since 2006, at one time she worked at the National Environmental Center of Ukraine and coordinated work in the field of developing and implementing climate protection policy in Ukraine, cooperated with the UN and the World Bank. Third place was taken by Lesya Vasylenko - a people's deputy from "Holos", a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Environmental Policy. She is the head of the subcommittee on climate change and air protection. She is the author of a number of draft laws concerning environmental protection. In particular, in February, she submitted to parliament the draft law "On Eco-tax", which became the 16th document on this topic presented by people's deputies. In addition, the rating mentions Olena Krivoruchkina (people's deputy from "Servant of the People", member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Environmental Policy), Lyudmyla Tsyganok (president of the Professional Association of Environmentalists of Ukraine), Svitlana Berzina (head of the NGO "Live Planet", head of the Public Council under the Ministry of Environment), Tetyana Lampyka (head of the NGO "Ecopatrol"), Iryna Chernysh (head of the NGO "Save Dnipro", co-founder of SaveEcoBot, public environmental inspector), Tetyana Tymochko (head of the All-Ukrainian Environmental League), Olena Kravchenko (executive director of the charitable organization "Ecology-Law-Human"), Natalia Andrusevych (chairman of the board of the resource and analytical center "Society and Environment"), Natalia Gozak (executive director of the center for environmental initiatives "Ecodia"), Olha Boyko (coordinator of the industrial ecology and sustainable development committee of the EBA), Tetyana Tevkun (lawyer for waste management reform of the Reform Support Team under the Ministry of Energy and Environment), Svitlana Sushko (expert of the Reform Support Team under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine), Yevheniya Aratovska (founder of the project "Ukraine WITHOUT garbage").
